  • Performed financial, strategic and sales plans, controlled credit card P&L, personal loan, student loan businesses, as well as acted as top finance representative for a wholly owned card processing company.
  • Prepared business plans of new product features for credit cards and optimized a USD300M sales budget. Oversaw all rewards programs for the credit card division with more than 40B points outstanding. 
  • Supported portfolio system integrations (due to merger of Itau and Unibanco banks) and standardized reporting and controlling processes. Evaluated new business opportunities to enhance revenue generation and cost reduction in the credit card businesses.
