In my 10 years, I have successfully run 7 locations, including the biggest mall on the East coast. I have successfully implemented turn-around plans for multiple locations, that have successfully turned bottom performing locations into top contenders.  I have led my region of 300 stores at the time in wireless sales and growth.  I have been top in my district in sales, profit, wireless sales, warranties, and attach metrics.  I have been a Team captain, in which I collaborated with a team of  5-7 other managers and their associates to be operationally, and financially sound. I currently travel across the region which includes NY,NJ,CT, and PA and assist new/struggling  managers and associates in Visual Merchandising projects and development of their teams.
