Currently a Partner and Corporate Senior Vice President for Governmental Policy Group, Inc. (GPG), in Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Hipsley acts as liaison to businesses and corporations, connecting the public and private sectors. In addition to directly lobbying on behalf of clients, Victor Hipsley and GPG also provide fundamental training programs helping businesses understand and act effectively within the political system.Mr. Hipsley attended The Ohio State University, where he studied political science and communications, Victor Hipsley entered the political sphere with a position as an Aide to a previous President of the Ohio Senate. This eventually led Mr. Hipsley to a role as Chief Aide for the Chairman of the Ohio House Ways and Means Committee. The responsibilities of this position gave him valuable first-hand experience with the complex machinations of government through policy proposal development.
