Technical Support Specialist

• Support all technical aspects of the US business. Responsibilities including customer service support, application support for new business opportunities, training and supporting distributors and resellers to help with their customer issues.
• Responsible for the company's network, computers and access control system, including security of the office and the network.
• In charge of the VOIP phone system including configuration and maintenance.
• Responsible for all aspects of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving of products, the generation and maintenance of all inventory records and for approving returns including the procedure and maintaining records.
• Application support on sales calls, offer advice to customers about the products and potential system configuration to meet their premise security needs. Leading to sales for partners of $30,000 or more.
• Beta Site Testing on new products and system solutions.
