With 19 years of experience in the IT industry, I have worked in different types of projects and initiatives related to software development, digital transformation, platforms modernization, customer care, billing, mobile apps, mobile gaming monetization, application security, data protection and intelligent operations security. My latest contribution was to the successful launch of Amazon Alexa in Mexico.

I'm experienced on sales engineering, technical and sales enablement for internal teams, channels and distributors.  I enjoy participating in lead and demand generation activities, and always pay attention to details when doing solution design and architecture for  SaaS/Cloud, on premise and hybrid environments.

I have a proven successful track record in helping drive business growth and expansion within Latin America region. I have a laser focus on building, motivating, empowering and coaching multi-regional/multicultural sales engineering teams to succeed on their contribution to accelerate deals, sales growth, channels and customers retention.

I've been working with top-tier companies in Mexico and helping their developers and agencies to create their first voice experience to engage their customers.

A blend of passion for new technologies, software development, customers satisfaction,  ownership, curiosity, understanding of the Alexa's Skill Delivery Framework (SDF) and team work have been the key  to achieve the goals set for Alexa's launch in Mexico on November 7th 2018.
