  • Structured and managed annual customer and business partner conference sponsorship programs. Directed program development, sales strategy, sales meetings, partner communications, benefit packages, vendor management, and sponsor ROI. Implemented enhanced partner benefits that increased sponsor participation and improved satisfaction ratings. Increased sponsorship revenue year over year with record revenue for business partner conference at 137% of goal. 
  • Managed all aspects of exhibition at annual customer and business partner conferences. Directed vendor  from design concept to final layout of hall, theatre and exhibitor properties. Facilitated sponsor kits, guidelines and content approvals for all creative deliverables. Enhanced configuration and booth designs that led to greater partner satisfaction. Increased number of exhibitors at customer conference which resulted in 15% increase in revenue. 
  • Facilitated content management program that developed session agenda for annual conferences. Directed cross-functional teams that produced session content, speakers, presentations, and metrics. Enhanced session content resulting in improved survey ratings.
  • Spearheaded internal project teams which determined signage, demo and staffing requirements for corporate booth. Ensured messaging was tailored to promote awareness and generate revenue for new and existing products at customer conference, while reinforcing business training & development at partner conference. Directed vendor on creation of booth design. Invented new design with expanded technology lab that enhanced attendee experience and resulted in greater visibility for products. 
  • Developed and managed project time lines and communications plans. Supervised and approved partner related content for marketing communication materials supporting events including e-mail/direct mail campaigns, web site, signage, and program guides. Enhanced event web site and program guide with a more robust design that was optimized for greater visibility of sponsors without impact to budget. 
  • Administered employee communication program for events. Managed email copy writing/editing, communications, web site updates, online registration system, event guidelines and post-event surveys. Streamlined internal processes for better departmental efficiencies.  
  • Supervised the executive briefing center program which supported sales department in closing new customer deals or reinforcing existing customer relationships. Implemented executive briefing program guidelines and provided ongoing improvements for future incumbent.

Directed commercial loan program to ensure adherence to mandated guidelines and timely processing of loan applications. Streamlined application processing procedures which increased the number of applications executed weekly.
