 Masterminded, orchestrated and implemented major projects group-wide:

  • Performance and Potential Reviews (PPRs) for Executives:Led project to create and introduce the first groupwide execution of regular Performance and Potential Reviews for management. The PPR system is conducted annually for more than 2.500 managers (95% of senior/executive managers) group-wide and enjoys a high degree of acceptance in all countries and by all functions.
  • Executive Leadership & Professional Programs (STEP up! and GO Ahead!): Developed, structured and introduced first-class training programs designed to: foster network building; secure and sustain a cutting-edge level of critical knowledge; and advance strategic goals. Created programs in collaboration with line managers. Executed programs in cooperation with top European Business Schools in Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and UK.
  • Code of Conduct:Introduced the Deutsche Telekom (DT) Code of Conduct in the more than 50 countries in which DT operates, thereby securing compliance with SOX requirements.
