Effectively uses data to tell stories, communicating key insights through internal reports, presentations, and dashboards. Aligns with product managers, business teams, and partners to set priorities based on analysis to inform business processes and product direction. Assists business teams in defining, tracking and optimizing processes, tools, and dashboards for better prioritization, planning, and management of the business and product. Collaborates with Data Engineers to execute and iterate on the data roadmap. Works with product managers and engineering teams to ensure that products are being properly instrumented for tracking KPIs. Assists the finance team with forecasting assumptions and inputs. Works with business development and partnership growth teams to quantify data-driven business cases to partners. Scopes complex data-centric projects across multiple teams and systems. Evaluates the effect of experimentations and various tests through analysis and statistical methods, and makes data-driven recommendations. Helps analyze the effectiveness of new solutions that inform whether to double down, pivot, or eliminate a new feature or process. Contributes to the evolution of tools for tracking and understanding of customers, Expert experience, and user behavior. Experience with running A/B tests and familiar with experimentation platforms. Proficient with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar Web Analytics products. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets. Experience working with data warehouse, BI solutions (Tableau), PostgreSQL.
