Effectively uses data to tell stories, communicating key insights through reports, presentations, and dashboards. Aligns with product managers, business teams, and external partners to prioritize, plan, and manage based on data mining to inform business processes and product direction. Assists business teams in defining, tracking, and optimizing processes. Collaborates with data engineers to execute and iterate on the data roadmap. Works with product managers and engineering teams to ensure that products are properly instrumented for KPI tracking. Assists the finance team with forecasting assumptions and inputs. Works with the procurement team to inform the merchandising mix and inventory forecasting. Works with business development and partnership growth teams to quantify business cases to external partners. Scopes complex data-centric projects across multiple teams and systems. Experience evaluating digital experiments through statistical methods, resulting data-driven recommendations. Helps analyze the effectiveness of new solutions and inform whether to double down, pivot, or eliminate a new feature or process. Contributes to the evolution of tools for tracking and understanding customers, Expert experience, and user behavior. Experience with data warehouse, BI solutions (Tableau), and PostgreSQL.
