747 Production Cost Improvement Program

Responsible for all systems cost improvement projects, currently at a rate of 5 project submitted per week.

  • As Project Manager I facilitate and coordinate my teams efforts and help guide them through each of the steps through the lengthy and complex PCIP process. From initial technical feasibility, ROM, to RFI, RFQ, MOA, Work Transfers, Business Case development, resources, stakeholder agreements, CAB, CCB meetings, work authorizations, funding, estimates, tracking and status daily.

Program Initiative EHS – Hazardous Energy

Safety Findings as driven by The State of Washington relative to Boeing Operations involving Hazardous Energy

  • Project Manager for the response to The State of Washington citations for incidents that occurred on the Everett flight line, BCA Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) developed a plan which includes the creation of Hazardous Energy (HE) instructions for use by our mechanics and technicians.
  • My responsibility was to monitor completion of all tasks, coordinate reviews with SMEs, engineering, ME, and management and maintain visibility, metrics and tracking reports and conduct steering meetings for upper management.
