There are a few positions i have held over the my work years not included with my resume. The reason is because either these positions where short term or contractual.  Jobs and gigs that took place during a natural disaster like in 2004-2008 i did odd jobs with water restoration businesses, construction sub work,   demolitions, and emergency relief. During my time with some restaurants i was ask to help out surrounding shops when their were short handed.   Also a number of charitable work during the holidays over the last nine years.

Member's only with payments of 100k the first month before grand opening.  Sadly because i did not understand much about trust-bad business became a real part of my life. I had to refund every penny and close the door. I had one big last party at the end..

Inside Disney's animal kingdom lodge for south african cuisine presented in a dramatic setting. reservations: only applied for the creative interactive department, but there was a waiting list five years long. so when my leader offered me the position with their Michelin 4 star restaurant, [i took it]. I worked with award winning chefs from around the world. Creative African foods and tribal tours in the animal kingdom. probably the most exotic fare to be found in disney. Sous Chef

a sous chef is second in command after the chef in a professional kitchen. this means i answers to the chef, but also has some authority over the other kitchen staff. many of the terms that relate to cooking and cuisine in a professional setting are french. sous are french for under, so you can see how the sous chef would work directly under the leader of the kitchen. i started in this place as a prep cook straight out of cooking school. after a year preparing foods, i was given a chance to cook hot plates. and i never looked back.

[1] Using SOAP and .NET lang i reprogrammed pyramid printers to send scrambled data and return data via bill reader and smart cards (prepaid) 

[2] Created a mass email catch and sender app. Able to send and receive 1 million valid emails per second. 

[3] I also have a mass sms sender and grabber. This app can gather newly used number in cyberspace and send marketing text to each number.

[4] Using PHP5 & C# i have a green planet calculator. This measures the carbon footprint left by the user and sets a number of trees and other causes to save. I direct the user to the right firm(s) for donations.

[5] HTML5 roll over technology where the user can hover over an image and view a brand new screen, pic, (anything) in .0002secs.

My Constructive and Engineering side

Since 2004 i entered the construction industry. I learned quickly and excelled within a few years from laborer into a supervisor and paid operator. I have worked in very larger commercial projects with heavy machinery - to smaller more intimate models like bathrooms and living rooms. The first trait i ever learned was auto mechanics.  I have been modifying and tinkering with gizmos and gadgets since i was 10 years old.
