  • Managed and was responsible for the Mobile Phone Division related with   360 marketing campaign and promotions (Above the Line and Below the Line), communication (Digital marketing, SEO, and Public Relations), and Online Retail Channels (E-Commerce).

  • Developed and controlled NPD (New Product Development) process for the product lines. Example : LG Nexus 4 collaborated with Google, and all LG Optimus L Series I).
  • Controlled and set up the  budget plan, both monthly and yearly (ex: Yearly Marketing Budget ± $2,5 million).
  • Did market and trend research for the mobile phone market in Indonesia. (Collaborated with  local agency and undertook some research, such as focus groups, questionnaires, and surveys). 
  • Based on the results of the market research, created  a marketing plan for every new upcoming product, (pre-launching, launching, and after launching marketing plans).
