  • Process Automation: 
    • Designed, developed and implemented Automated Disk Sorting to ensure quality of disks sorted in Blade Offline Station. 
    • Developed and qualified  Quartz automation software that is used to run the machine in SSW (Self Servo Writing) production. 
    • Developed a project called Harmony Batch Organization (HBO). HBO  is a visual tool designed to automate and organize the units to maximize tool capacity and material fill ratio according to process condition. It is characterized by a software (C# language integrated with Arduino for microcontroller communication) and a storage rack with a lighting indicator with switch (hardware)
  • Leadtime Improvement:
    • Lead the implementation of SW Upgrader Maintenance wherein Maintenance Team is capable of creating the software packages needed in Production. 
    • Lead the implementation of Blade Hot Swap in Production to eliminate the machine stoppage due to blade replacement.
    • Developed maintEdit configuration to create asynchronous interface between user and machine parameter adjustment.
  • Yield Improvement:
    • Continuous improvement on Mass Production automation software in increasing machine performance
  • Transaction Processing:
    • Developed a module for Manufacturing logistics based on input and output of production line. This module interacts with the day to day process of each tools and summarizes the data to provide real time update to the user.
