At an early age I found a passion for health and wellness, fitness, being active and the outdoors. I love practicing and teaching yoga and have found that my yoga practice on the mat of cultivating an open and soft heart directly inspires my daily practice of staying conscious, aware and living life on purpose. Practicing yoga on and off the mat, helps me through the many ups and downs of life in a joyful, transformative and insightful awareness into WHO WE ARE. I also love how the principles of yoga can be applied to any aspect of our lives. I am inspired by the beauty of diversity and goodness of all people and continually draw inspiration from our differences and each unique perspective.
I believe that our bodies are an outward reflection of our inner emotional, spiritual, and energetic state and that our beliefs deeply affect our experience in life. This holistic "whole body" therapy addresses problems at their core, rather than just "fixing" the physical manifestations we experience.
