Global Accounts Manager
Nielsen Global AdIntel (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
- To manage and develop client relationships in order to ensure a high level of satisfaction leading to revenue retention for the business.
- To support clients in the use, interpretation and analysis of the advertising data.
- End-to-end involvement in clients' projects: Understanding clients' needs and communicating these to Production and AppDev departments, coordinating the development of projects and ensuring these are completed on time and correctly.
- To train internal and external stakeholders on Nielsen platforms.
- High level of satisfaction by the clients I work with.
- Increasing the level of client involvement and data usage.
- Generation of commercial leads and increase of clients' budget on Nielsen services.
