- End-to-end involvement in clients projects: Understanding clients needs and communicating these to Production and AppDev departments, coordinating the development of projects and ensuring these are completed on time and correctly.
- To understand and analyse global media data.
- To retain and nurture new and existing client relationships: By being the main point of contact for clients and managing their day-to-day service, it is my job to keep a high satisfaction level and to identify upsell opportunities.
- High level of satisfaction by the clients I work with.
- Improvement in the quality of the data.
- Creation of a global suppliers' information platform.
- Generation of commercial leads and increase of clients' budget on Nielsen services.
