Contributed Articles Program

In 2007-08 I coordinated a contributed articles program for an Intel client, focusing on energy efficiency, platform technologies and architectural leadership. I supervised interns and colleagues who assisted with pitch drafting and media list updates on occasion. I brainstormed topics, wrote and edited pitches, pitched editors, secured placements, engaged tech writers, coordinated article development with editors, writers, and Intel authors (engineers and other experts), edited the articles before submission to the publications, generated an electronic clip book, and sent regular reports to clients on published items.

  • Abstracts generated = 28
  • Placements secured = 21
  • Articles published = 20
  • Subscribers reached = 1.5 million
