Assisting the chef and other catering staff with the preparation of hot and cold foods whilst following and implementing all health and safety regulations

Preparing and serving meals for guests, staff and visitors. Keeping the working area, kitchen and canteen clean and tidy.Maintaining the kitchen equipment, utensils and machinery.

Completing cleaning rotas and other administrative daily records. Attending to complaints concerning food and service. Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the Kitchen Manager. Assisting in stock control, portion control and quality control.

Supervising the provision of all crockery, cutlery, detergents and kitchenware. Ensuring that the dining rooms, kitchen, storage facilities and other work areas are kept clean and conform to sanitary regulations.

In 8 Croatian cityes there are supermarkets : Billa , Kaufland , Plodine , KTC , Interspar. My job was in those supermarkets : from the storage in the supermarkets I took the goods and sorted them on the shelves .  Also, very important thing was to check that on the shelves  are goods that expiry date is valid. If there was the goods with close expiry date, my job was to inform the manager of the supermarket and than when the manager approve reduction of the goods,put those goods on reduced price on a special shelve for those purpose.

Also,the most important thing was that the goods are properly sorted on th shelves.

L"oreal Adria is company that produce produsts for personal hygiene : champoos,shower gels,conditioners,hair colours,all kind of coldcreams,body lotions,all kind of deodorants,for female and male.

Kotany and Šafram spices had all kind of spices as their products ( aproxx . 50 diferent kind of spices each )

Pevec d.o.o. is Croatian company that has big supermarkets all over the country. I was working in conpanys supermarket in town Koprivnica. Those supermarkets are selling goods for domestic,electrics devices for house,furniture,tools,garden products,building materials etc.

I was working on a till,filling the chelves with goods,cleaning,helping costumers to find the goods that they need and all kind of work on a daily base needed to be done that our supermarket can give too the costumers the best cervice they can get.
