Led development of space supply / demand analysis and recommendation for WHQ portfolio through 2021, identifying the need for additional space and establishing the business case for implementing new ways of working. Developed and implemented cross-functional intake and prioritization process to ensure alignment of WHQ priorities, projects and communication across all functions and partners.
