My intense desire is to work with an esteemed organization where I could be on my better way to visualize bright career by serving the concern with able professional and for that I will always keep improving my skills through regular studying in the concerned field.
Worked as trainee waiter in Singapore Marriott Hotel for three months, where I used to prepare breakfast buffet area in Marriott Cafe, Taking Orders, Serving Guest, Preparing Mise en place, worked as runner, making and serving cafe and wines.
Successfully completed One & Half Year Hotel Management Course from Asthvinayak Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, where I learned about the basics of Hotels and Restaurant like Types of service, Setting Tables(Cover), Food & Beverages Knowledge etc.
Completed Intermediate with science stream in the year 2005 from CBSE board (S.G.R.R. Public School), Dehradun, India
Completed Matriculation with science stream in the year 2003 from CBSE board (S.G.R.R. Public School), Dehradun, India
Served food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required, explain how various menu items are prepared, bring wine selections to tables with appropriate glasses, and pour the wines for customers, preparing cocktails and mock-tails.
Learned how to manage restaurant, back area, employs shift, checklists making, coast cutting, to maintain good relation between kitchen and service staff, handle guest in verse situation, inventory etc.
Doing billing, splitting bill, taking room service orders, merging bill, reserving tables etc., preparing checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes, in fast and effective manner
Done inventory and prepare stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
Preparing Mise en place, filling salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers.
