DIRECTOR/CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER, Driving revenue growth through product & service s innovations and cross selling Managing product and services portfolio resulting into an average revenue of $2.5M; contributing more than 40% of the group's revenue for the past 3 years Played a pivotal role in successfully transforming FASYL's business dynamics from vendor solutions to own solutions driven through the IP development, Strategic Acquisition, Innovative and World Class Services Offering across new line of business. This division of business currently accounts for close to 40% of overall revenue. Managing a team of 45 people across five countries(Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, SouthAfrica and India).
(i.) Setting directions (ii.) overseeing the full development life cycle implementation and(iii.) Driving customer engagements for of new product and services. Managing IT related consultancy engagement with clients which includes development of IT strategy, IT governance and risk management, IT infrastructure and Process Optimization, SOA and Cloud Services Decision, Mobile/Analytics and Social Media Roadmap. Managing partners' engagement with the focus on strategic alliances and win-win synergy. Some of the partners include Oracle, PwC, Accenture, IBM-worked with IBM's Banking Center of Excellence Team for solutions infrastructure and hardware benchmarking. Providing leadership for several technology driven service delivery engagement within the group this includes: Development and Implementation of AFIS Biometric System for Lagos State Government's-Resident Registration Initiative. The project was delivered in conjunction with NTT/Dimension Data WA. Implementation of Contract Management Solution Telkom SA.
