Process design, Planning, Design assessment & scheduling of projects.
Development of operating procedures, process control plans & process flow sheet.
Collect data, establish process correlation & monitoring to ensure projects are carried out in an expert manner.
Work closely with all relevant departments to introduce continuous improvements.
Professional expertise support to both colleagues and clients in all process related matters.
Planning and supervising of on-site process audits.
Analyses and problem solving, Quality improvement through inter-departmental meeting.
Preparing and supporting the projects start-up team on site.
Produce weekly updates for the technical manager on progress against specific objectives.

To co-ordinate with the HOD for the increase of production and quality assurance.
To check the quality of the product according to the standards provided by the company.
Responsible for safe startup/shutdown of the plant as per standard operating procedure.

To prepare the detail of pending jobs regarding the annual shutdown.
