Main Function: 

                          

Responsible for the effective implementation of new & improved manufacturing and logistical processes using lean manufacturing techniques for existing and new products ranges, in line with following key objectives. Efficiency, Quality and Capacity. Provide support and guidance to a team of process engineers ensuring that jobs are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

                          

Overall responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and health, safety & welfare of our team.

Provide strong leadership & direction, thereby fostering and sustaining co-operation & team spirit.

Process design, Planning, Design assessment & scheduling of projects.

Development of operating procedures, process control plans & process flow sheet.

Collect data, establish process correlation & monitoring to ensure projects are carried out in an expert manner.

Work closely with all relevant departments to introduce continuous improvements.

Professional expertise support to both colleagues and clients in all process related matters.

Planning and supervising of on-site process audits.

Analyses and problem solving, Quality improvement through inter-departmental meeting.

Preparing and supporting the projects start-up team on site.

Produce weekly updates for the technical manager on progress against specific objectives.

To insure timely and accurate compliance with all administrative and reporting procedures.

Duties and responsibilities:                   

Responsible for the Process of HRSG based Energy Plant Equipment’s.

Responsible for the Process of Radiation & Convection Oil Boilers.

Responsible for Check-up of raw material & its availability.

To report the daily production record to HOD.

Production planning, monitoring and controlling.

To co-ordinate with the HOD for the increase of production and quality assurance.

To check the quality of the product according to the standards provided by the company.

Responsible for safe startup/shutdown of the plant as per standard operating procedure.

To maintain the plant running smoothly.

To run the plant smoothly without production loss to meet the production target.

To prepare the detail of pending jobs regarding the annual shutdown.

Implementing master production schedules in a timely manner.

To keep the record of every machine/instrument maintenance.

Determine how best to use the work force to achieve maximum productivity.

Reduce the breakdown of plant and machine, which effect the production.

Keep accurate record and prepare daily, monthly and annually record.

Co-ordinate with mechanical department related to preventive maintenance of plant.

Efficient and timely handling of problems related to (production, store, maintenance, quality control and housekeeping).

Managing operating staff and utilize them effectively to keep plant smooth and steady.
