An ISO 9001:2008  internationally recognized export & Import house. Company is mainly involved and trading and manufacturing of complete bicycle and its parts, tractor parts, FMCG products and tyres and tubs under its brand name Addo India.

As a AM-HR & Admin., I was responsible for entire gamut of Administration and HR which included activities like Training & Development, Talent Acquisition and Management, Recruitment & Retention, PMS, Payroll Management, HR policy formulation, IR, ER, General administration  like facility management, Vendor Management, Event Management. 

My job profile also includes Liasioning with Govt. bodies like DIC Pollution Control Board etc. Apart from that I was also responsibly for Leave administration, PF and ESIC administration as well as salary administration.

I have provided valuable contribution towards the establishment of companies new Bicycle Manufacturing Plant by handling entire IR and liasioning activity. Also alone handled all the statutory and regulatory compliance's related to establishment of plant.
