- Carrying out various administrative function supporting DIDC Manager that are highly
confidential and sensitive Matters.
-Planning scheduling meetings and Calendar Management Drafting Letters, Memos and Circulars .
-Assume responsibility for HR department Screening, Vacancies posting,hiring tests Shortlisting candidates and selection process, interviewing, drafting Offer Letters on boarding, personnel files & records.
-processing complete health insurance for employees and dependants .
--Liaison with PRO issuing Employment Visa/Renewal/Cancellation&dealing with the governmental authorisations DNRD,MOL,RTA,DCD, and others.
- Dealing with the suppliers from A to Z.
-Managing Instructors Roads and Transport Authority Permit (Tasreeh) New/Renewal and coordinating with RTA to get the practical/theory test appointment for the new instructors
