Key Account Manager-Manager-. Reporting to Head Business-North Responsible for: Key account management, Product Management, Revenue Assurance, CSAT, Team Management, ATL, BTL Activities. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for entire North region Business of MTS Account. Responsible for revenues from music & voice based products like Juke Box, Radio Mirchi, Voice chat & Live Aarti. Responsible for revenue from IVR browsing & subscription services and promoting them through SMS and OBD. To interact with Operator Vas Managers and various Vas Vendors like Hungama & PPL in order to promote the contents/product through SMS, OBD etc Launching new products and services designing promotional activities through various modes like SMS OBD & ATL-BTL activities. Tracking of key KPI's like Gross, Churn, Net-adds, Active base and MOU's, timely collection of payments, managing escalations. Coordinating with the product and technical team for integration of new services/products and improvement of current call flow architecture. Playing pivotal role as bridge between client and company related to Revenue Enhancement for both parties. Travel and meet the Circle Vas managers and partners in various circles on a regular basis. Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues within timeline with follow-ups when appropriate. End to end billing, Reconciliation, Revenue forecasting and Revenue collection. Techno commercial interactions with customer.
