My principal involvement has been as a mentor, and a guide to strengthen a group of very talented engineering professionals and enabling them to design and develop and manufacture some of the best products known to this niche industry sector. I am proud of the fact that I was instrumental in successfully revamping the engineering infrastructure. I have to my credit more that one hundred thousand units sold carrying designs exclusively created and crafted by me and my team, in addition to that SWS today has a vision of the future due to my and my teams efforts over the past few years.
