Who am I ?


I love building big ideas, turning complex into simple. Being challenged by new problems is my biggest passion. I'm a software engineer, but I see myself more as problem solver in a wide-variety of domains. I'm interested in Distributed Computing, Cloud Computing, Green Computing, Risk Management and Software Development & Productivity practices.

I've worn many hats in my career, programmer, team lead, marketer, mentor and a strategist .As a result of this I have the unique ability to manage and work with transdisciplinary teams and approaches to navigate complex challenges. Actual experience has taught me, what I enjoy the most is working with great people and have fun doing it.

Curiosity and interest

I am a big fan of Raspberry Pi, Adriano, Robotics and Quad-copter. I am blogger and I am a wildlife photographer. Hiking, camping and trailing are few of my favorite hobbies. I am book a collector .I love to read and creative writing is one of my born talents. I like to watch and play cricket, rugby and soccer.

As my final year project I have developed a prototype "Disaster Management Information System" (DMIS).

This is a web-based application; however this can also be used in Tablets and Smart phones as well. This application helps to make management level decisions when organization is going through a disaster period.  There are two portions one is mobile which is utilized to captured data, the other is the tablet end retrieving and manipulating data.

Through the proposed DMIS an organizational management is empowered with the latest data about a particular disaster, so that efficient dissections could be arrived.

An added advantage of this system is that using these software, branch network personnel can request assistance or inform situations to the management. The best thing about the developed software is that it is not client specific software. It can be distributed over the internet and any organization willing to use this application can login to the software online and create their account.
