Over see the sales of salesperson and make any necessary corrections at regular training meetings.
Plan and use contacts and others incentives to encourage sales.
Attend approved training programs and required meetings.
             Ensure demonstrations and new cars are mentioned and delivered in accordance  with    the company and franchise policies and procedures .

Authorities :Prepare staff rosters and manage staff.
Authorize the distribution of demonstration vehicles to staff and loan cars to customers.
 Authorize to raise purchase orders.
 Raise any co concerns, possible problems and solutions.
