WaMu, a division of JP Morgan Chase
  • Implemented a company wide Tier A Records Management Program. Worked directly for the General Counsel and prepared status reports for the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Budget > $5M.
  • Implemented an enterprisewide e-mail archive (scoping, requirements gathering, RFP process, implementation)
  • Managed several Compliance efforts including a Tier A Compliance with Law project for the Chief Compliance Officer. Deliverables were presented the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
  • Implemented multiple e-discovery and litigation projects on time and on budget.
  • In charge of transitioning all e-discovery functions and the e-mail archive from WaMu to JP Morgan Chase.

Accomplishments: Was promoted to AVP in June 2007, then to VP and Sr. Project Manager in December 2007, then was promoted to Manager of Business Strategy Solutions & VP in June 2008

  • Coordinated the technology integration of a Credit Card Company and an Investment Bank as new business lines. Each program consisted of more than a dozen projects.
  • Facilitated steering committee meetings with CIO (including program status and financial reporting), facilitated the SVP governance meetings, provided program status and financial report to the Corporate Program Office (CPO) and represented Technology in the weekly CPO meetings.
  • Oversaw, owned and produced project deliverables in compliance with the corporate project / program methodology such as project schedules, risk and issue mitigation, escalation, resolution and the like.

  • Was in charge of purchasing and developing financial administration / treasury software suite that handles all financial investments, loans and leasing contracts of the Lidl group ($ 30 billion in revenues).
  • Was in charge of improving existing real estate administration by planning and designing an application to replace the existing real estate administration.

The Lidl group owns more than 4,500 retail stores in Europe.

  • Developed startegy to move the company from the paper into the digital age.

  • Owned the training of the marketing staff in several branches.
