Leading a multidisciplinary (DevOps, IT, QA, SRE, Data, SaaS) engineering group, we build resilient infrastructure for the Craftsy community.  Set strategic goals around operationalizing business process and systems. Incentivize risk taking and provide frameworks for rapid iterations.

Recruited and built our first Data Service team, with focus on enhanced Data Warehousing and BigData/event processing systems.

Formed Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) group, adopting SoA/microservice approaches for enhanced availability.
