    • Managed $30M+ global initiative in a politically charged environment to develop Intuit’s global billing platform, deployed across six geographies; in 3 months successfully built the initial PaaS solution and on boarded AsiaPac.
    • Directed 23 distributed scrum teams to re-tool the QuickBooks Payments platform to support a services-based architecture, including migrating 100K+ customers to simplified pricing, resulting in 5x increase in NPS.
    • Implemented Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and matured teams from a basic waterfall process to a full Scrum cycle of delivery; trained team members and scrum masters (serving as scrum master for pilot teams).
