Position held: Construction PA/Secretary. Diary Management-maintaining the director's diary and keeping him informed of appointments, meetings. Maintain holiday spreadsheet and weekly sickness/absentee spreadsheet. Create and maintain various production spreadsheets. Ensuring information is sent to the construction sites either by fax or post. Dealing with Health & Safety, including filing of H&S documentation. Preparing information for board meetings, H&S meetings. Ordering of site clothing and stationery. Monitoring the director's e mails and printing out and organising for action, to read or requiring a signature. Dealing with telephone calls. Entering information on a weekly basis for a build programme, printing and distributing. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post. Maintaining training matrix for construction department.
