Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, production and technical staff , of up to 30, in the manufacturing of high-end cabinetry and mill work for the hospitality industry. Upon joining ACC, the company was suffering the effects of a dramatic downturn in business. I was brought in to analyze and develop a business plan to save the company from financial failure and to create a plan for growth in an unstable market. Within 18 months i had taken the company from 2 contracts valued at $160,000 to over 30 contracts valued in excess of $3.4 million. During that time i also implemented new procedures in every area of the company that could be replicated and maintained to provide for stable growth for the company's future.
