  • As co-director, was responsible for the day to day operations of the camp including supervising, motivating, and keeping on track our year round staff.
  • Managed a million dollar budget with passionate stewardship and staying in the black the last three years I was there.
  • Wrote successful funding grants in the amount of $100,000 for  a Charitable Gifting Initiative and Youth Leadership Initiative
