Accomplishments:

- Developed Standing Operating Procedures and Standardization Program utilized by Army Special Operations Aviation Command as the standard for TUAS Flight Operations Led unit to a rating of“ Commendable”(highest rating) during Aviation Resource Management Survey

- Managed 300+ hours of complex training missions, supporting special operations and conventional Soldiers Regard as a TUAS SME, consulted by unit senior leadership and other Army units on building effective TUAS Standardization and Flight Operations Programs and operational employment of TUAS assets

Academically, I have been accepted into the Culverhouse Business Honors Program and the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society.
