Experienced and skilled, looking for new opportunities!

I am currently employed as an Account Manager within the construction software industry. The core of my role is generating new business as well as managing and teaching new customers about our product and the latest technological advances in construction software.
I've also previously worked within a background services company with a global presence. I have held a variety of roles during this time including Employment Verification, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Criminal Quality Assurance.

Interacting with people comes naturally to me. Over time I have enhanced these skills even further as a Customer Service Representative. Communication was critical in order to effectively resolve or diffuse issues from various levels of clients. I'm also an exceptionally quick learner with a high work ethic. I am looking for work that will be able to offer a new set of skills and development for myself in addition to enhancing the areas I excel.

Account Manager-Client Relations at (9 months) Generating leads and managing clients for a construction-based software company that focuses on tier 1 and 2 commercial Builders. Construction was a new industry for me, but after a steep learning curve in the first few months I was able to effectively communicate with Managing Directors and senior construction workers on the finer points of Construction and it's relation to our software product, proof of my quick ability to adapt and learn at a fast pace. This role also required me to self manage my day to day tasks, as well as organize meetings and provide presentations with prospective leads.
