Every call, from the most recent hiring decision to the planning of a future marketing campaign hinges on integrity. The brand name of the Two Marines Moving and the Marine Corps must be protected at all costs. Our clients, employees, and vendors must always know that we operate based on integrity. I ensure that we fulfill our commitment and that "Semper Fi" isn't just a saying but a way of living. As a small business owner I wear many hats. I'm constantly juggling the duties of safety compliance, customer service, marketing, hiring, advertising, social media, and truck maintenance. But I enjoy most seeing a young veteran that recently exited the military find their path. I enjoy seeing them grow through the experience of successfully completing assigned tasks and tackling new responsibilities. I want every one of my employees to achieve success and their dreams. The Marine platoon sergeant leads 3 squads composed of approximately 12 Marines and Navy attachments in the training, deployment and tactical employment of rifle, weapons, crew served weapons, and antitank weapons. He is proficient in all the infantry weapons systems. They supervise and coordinate the preparation of personnel, weapons and equipment for movement and combat, the establishment and operation of unit command posts, the fire and movement between tactical units, the fire of supporting arms, and the unit resupply and casualty evacuation effort. As a platoon sergeant or section leader in the rifle, scout sniper, weapons, heavy machinegun, LAR, and anti-armor platoons, he advises the platoon commander on all issues of discipline, morale and welfare.

Responsibilities

-Managed and lead a platoon of 40+ Marines ensuring good order and discipline amongst my unit members. - Prepared and trained my Marines to sustain themselves and accomplish their mission during combat situations. - Ensured the accountability of $100,000+ dollars worth of equipment, small arms, and automatic weapons. - Mentored junior Marines on the understanding and application of the 11 Marine Corps leadership principles and 14 leadership traits. - Upheld the Marine Corps values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment

Achievements

-Took part in the invasion from Kuwait to Iraq in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. - Lead my first patrol as a 19 year old Lance Corporal. - Earned the Marine Corps blood stripe by becoming a Corporal in under 3 years. - Completed two week Corporal's Course in New Orleans, LA in 2005. - Completed 2 Month Infantry Squad Leaders Course at Camp Lejeune, NC in 2007. - Earned the rank of SGT in under 5 years. - Earned Expert Rifle Badge. - Earned Combat Action Ribbon. - Passed over 30 Military Corps Institute Exams when only 3 were required.
