  • Recognized opportunity to minimize business operational risk. Assessed business metrics and facility based business interruptions, prepared, presented and secured board approval and funding for project within 90 days. Successfully completed project on time and on budget which long term minimized business operational risk and reduced cost.
  • Company needed to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and reduce cost. Analyzed and evaluated current processes and procedures, partnered with business operations management, developed a technology initiative, presented, and secured senior management approval within 60 days. Resulted in improving operational efficiency, increasing productivity, and reducing outsourcing cost by $650,000 annually.
