Data Disaggregation/Creation of Needs Analysis

I assist teachers in using data to drive their instruction.  This data is monitored by the federal government and requires progress monitoring and reporting.

As a counselor and member of on-site management, I have honed the skill of team building.  My formal education in counseling coupled with experience in both that and campus level management has afforded me the opportunity to build and improve upon teams made of members with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

Instructional Design

I create training for teachers and staff members at the campus and district level. I create PowerPoint presentations that are used during training as well as reference materials.  These materials are then archived on a shared server for OnDemand reviews using Camtasia.   • Leadership – Presently manage 10+ teachers serving special populations.  Previously managed 70+employees as sole administrator eliminating the need to hire additional administrative support personnel and with an increase in student achievement which brought an incentive of over 100K to the district.
  • Curriculum Development – Adept at developing training using ISD methods i.e. the ADDIE method, removing the need for securing consulting services
  • Public Speaking – Presenting said training for audiences at the district and regional level.
