Real estate professional Tuvia Milsztein grew up and served in the military in Israel before immigrating to the United States, where he earned a business degree from a top college and founded a career buying and selling commercial and industrial properties. Today, Tuvia Milsztein serves as the head of a major real estate investment firm and as a generous community leader in his resident city of Encino, California. Born in Israel, Tuvia Milsztein studied hard as a youth and enrolled at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, from which he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Industrial Management. Following college, he joined the Israel Defense Forces and served on the front lines during the 1973 Arab-Israeli War, in which Israel was invaded by and successfully drove back soldiers from Egypt and Syria. In 1981, Tuvia Milsztein moved to California to further his education at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, at which he completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Milsztein founded a career in property investment and began buying up commercial and industrial sites across the state until he had accumulated a sizable portfolio. On top of caring for his family and furthering his career, Tuvia Milsztein strives to support charitable nonprofits worldwide. Organizations to receive donations from Mr. Milsztein include The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles; Pups for Peace; One Family Fund; Catholic Relief Services; and Meir Panim, a Jewish charity for underserved populations in Israel. Through his contributions to these and other groups, Mr. Milsztein has helped alleviate poverty, provided assistance to military troops and the victims of terrorism, advanced humanitarian efforts, and encouraged positive change worldwide.
