Created a private UK LLC manufacturing natural medicines from concept (2002) to launch (2004). First product range launched January 2004 exclusively online and in 250 stores of the leading UK pharmacy chain Boots the Chemists. Won Institute of Public Relations Silver Award for the national launch PR campaign. The brand has proven successful in growing the category and Boots expanded distribution to 600 stores in 2006 and to 900 stores late 2007. Sales increased +8% in 2008 despite recession.

Consulted from November 2005 - June 2006 to develop a brand architecture and 5 year “Stretch Plan” using increased marketing tools and concept innovation. From July 2006 commenced implementation of the plan as permanent executive SVP and CMO. By April 2008, in a recessionary environment, past 12 months Cracker Barrel Old Country Storerestaurant traffic was beating industry average by +2% .

President of CB Music LLC from July 2006 led a country music promotion program with the launch of 6 major exclusive CDs. In 2007 CB Music’s CD sales grew by more than +30%, in an industry down -15%.
