About Me:

I am a native of Garland, Texas. I have worked for many years in customer service positions. I have worked with face to face contact and have extensive knowledge with call center multiline systems as a customer service agent. I know very well how to establish a good rapport over the phone or in person. I am very detail oriented, well organized and enjoy working serving others. I have established good relations with coworkers and do well in team situations. I am not bored by repeated tasks and I also enjoy being challenged. I am able to successfully carry out responsibilities with little or no direction and am quick to learn new products and procedures as business needs and initiatives require. I have no doubts my skills would be an asset to any employer..

My Objective:

To gain a new position as a customer service call center representative, receptionist or in other office related administration using my experience that allows me use my customer service and other office skills. I have spent years in a customer service role of one type or another. I have worked in very busy office environments. I love to work with teams and I am just fine unsupervised doing day to day tasks. I am not bored at all with repeated tasks. I always enjoyed my time working reservations with each call being a destination, time of arrival and departure. I still loved being attentive to every customer calling in and where he or she would like to travel. I am computer literate in both Mac and PC. I also embarked on learning to use social media to promote Royal Guardian Studios. I am well acquainted with Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, etc. I also have formidable chat and email skills. It is my goal to re-enter the workforce and use my talents to benefit whomever hires me. 


Computer Skills

Able to multi-task using several internal customer care, property search, and point system programs. Sufficient knowledge of Windows 98, XP and 7 operating systems. Mac OS X, Everything from Tiger to Yosemite. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Office products.

This is a small business to promote the artwork of our company. Both myself and my daughter proivde the art services. I promote our services on Facebook and Twitter. I also write a blog on "Positive Thinking" to expand my writing abilities, as well as improve them and gain more experience in Social Media Management. I also create small template websites for businesses.
