DeCaterina's is a small family owned Restaurant -Seats 55 people, We cook and Prepare as much as we can with Local products. From our Bread, Fresh Fish,Lamb, and Vegetables to our desserts.

Interests

Travel and Cooking go hand in Hand.

I Have Traveled to Veitnam,Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia,singapore,Taiwan,Korea,mexico,alaska, and the south west u.s..

Since 2004 I have been to Vietnam every year to travel enjoy the climate culture and of course the  food.

I have made two summit attempts of Mt. Raineer and have climbed mountains in Alaska and Montana as well. I like technical climbing the best. But Camping in the Pacific North West seems to be the norm these days.

Impressionisom is my favorite style of Art some of my Favorite Painters are Peirre Bonard, Max Beckman, and Frida Kahlo.
