Todd Pittenger first entered the Florida legal community in 1988 as a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, when he was admitted to the Florida Bar. In 1985, Pittenger had graduated cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts in Politics afrom Rollins College, located in Winter Park, Florida.

On February 20, 2012 T. Todd Pittengerjoined the Litigation Practice Group as a shareholder in the Orlando office of Akerman Senterfitt. Todd joined Akerman after 23 years with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., in Orlando, where he had been a shareholder since 1995. Todd headed up the Complex Litigation Team at Lowndes since 2002.  Todd Pittenger was admitted to Florida’s Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of the U.S. District Court in 1989, 1994, and 1998, respectively.  Todd Pittenger has been Florida Bar Board Certified in Business Litigation since 2005.

Currently ranked as a Florida Super Lawyer, Todd Pittenger was also voted one of Orlando’s Best Lawyers in Orlando magazine and one of Florida’s Legal Elite 2009 in Florida Trend magazine. Pittenger was the local chapter president of the Federal Bar Association, as well as Chairman of the Federal Judicial Relations Committee of the Orlando Division in the Middle District of Florida of the U.S. District Court from 2003 to 2005. Residing in Orlando, Todd Pittenger volunteers for the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc.
