Have seen MarketsandMarkets growing from 80 employees to 1250 employees till date with global operations running and was happy to be part of this journey.
-We being part of sales team, we were called as Sales HR as we use to be involved in end to end process of sales.
- Majorly into manpower planning and recruitment's at all level, at a very large scale. (Senior & Lateral level – End to End).
-Sourcing, Interviewing, Screening, Scheduling, Follow – ups, Negotiation, closures, joining formalities.
-Deciding on salaries how much we should offer to the candidate (% wise).
- Orientation & Induction with the new employees.
- Employee Grievances at all level
- Interactions with the all the employees for any issue and at all levels. (New employee + old employee).
- MIS handling
- Team Handling
- PIP handling
- Vendor Management
- Working on different job portals like Linked in, Google, e Grabber, Monster, Naukri.
- Handling the MIS of the candidates.
- Audit Payroll and attendance of the employees
- Handling Global HR operations related to requisitions, Hr related queries, their attendance and payroll.
