- Lead marketing communications for online continuing education company and establish brand voice and guidelines for four distinct verticals in the areas of Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy.
- Co-lead a rebranding effort with the company creative director to reposition the company for future growth into online continuing education opportunities beyond allied health.
- Develop a style guide and work collaboratively with eCommerce and IT teams to implement new copy guidelines.
- Successfully lead communications and PR efforts during a major company reorganization. Communications plan included talking points and scripts for CEO, senior leadership, HR and managers.
- Write web content, print, email and social media campaigns that result in increased conversion rates for subscription-based marketing memberships.
