My objective is to provide compassionate, patient individualized care in a healthcare setting that values trust, hard work, and excellence and leadership in the field of nursing no matter how large or small the task. I strive to be a patient advocate and provide patient education in order to increase patient compliance in  order to acheive positive outcome as well as leading others in patient care to do the same.

I began my journey in nursing in 2011 as an LVN and have since achieved a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I have been in long-term and acute care and love them both and am always wanting to learn more! I value the leadership role in an industry where every decision is critical in acheiving positive patient outcomes as well as influencing the practice of other healthcare professionals.
