  • Well control all C&B activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
  • Performs labor issues or disciplinary process if any violation of company regulation or requirements
  • Leads the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation & benefits programs and policies.
  • Performs job evaluations/job leveling (slotting) utilizing traditional and/or leveling chart applications and recommends salary grades for new or revised jobs that have impact over the country/region.
  • Provides recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
  • Manages special in-country compensation and benefits projects, e.g. job leveling, job hierarchies, re-organizations, internal and external audits or new government-mandated changes etc.
  • Manages Management Incentives Plan under the country/region responsibility
  •  Leads the implementation, administration and communication of core compensation and benefits programs (job evaluation/leveling, market data analysis and application, merit planning, annual incentive plans, long-term incentive plans) through the Country under responsibility.

A. Function: HUMAN RESOURCES

1. Recruitment:

  • Screening, hiring of the candidates as per the requirement. Coordinating with various departments for the requirement.
  • Documentation of the new employees.
  • Arranging the induction program for the new employees.
  • Maintaining the attendance of the employees.
  • Making monthly training plant of Company: internal training, soft skill courses…
  • Saving and controlling all employees records of Company.

2. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Managing the payroll software;
    • Manage and control the timekeeping of staffs belong to Production Division (Long Thanh & Bien Hoa factory) & Coporate Division.
    • Responsible for calculating employees salary.
    • Make the report of Social Insurance, accidence Insurance & paying the sickness for Production’s employees.
    • Follow the outsource Companies supporting the Factory.
  • Evaluation of the performance of the employees.
  • Processing the appraisals of the employees annually.
  • Perform montly report: manpower, headcount analysis, timesheet, payroll report…
  • Manage all personnel matter regarding labor contract, headcount tracking, salary review, staff roatation, termination…

B. Function: GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (from July 2005 - June 2008)

  • Manager & update documents; set up & control office procedures
  • Arrange car & driver; control car schedule & maintenance
  • Take care of business trip: tickets, hotels….
  • Prepare/ Apply required documents for foreigner managers: house leasing, resident card, work permit, driving license….
  • Organization events of my company: Family Day, The End party, Farewell party….
