A shift captain's job is to assist the manager, lead the crew members in the right direction to make sure all operations flow smoothly and to accomplish what needs to be done before the end of the shift. This job instructs mastership of being a leader, motivator, since of urgency along with responsibility, management, and guidance skills.
A trainer's job is to train the trainee to be the best and the brightest crew member that they can be. This job gives the skill of supporting and educating people, how to be patient, and guiding people in the right direction.
Fully Crossed Trained, Kitchen and Counter.
As chair of the safety committee, the chairperson schedules monthly safety meetings and monthly inspections. The chairperson informs all safety findings to crewmembers and hold them accountable.
