CAREER SUMMARYFrom managing a large logistical delivery centre of Accenture Mumbai to successfully implementing a policy across the global delivery centre network for housing to managing the transition and Facilities and Services (F&S) team of Mauritius, I have been instrumental in fixing various managerial issues with a strategic vision.WORK EXPERIENCE

Accenture – Facilities & Services (September 2001 – ongoing)

India Transition Manager (December 2006 – ongoing)

-Responsible to plan and coordinate all activities to ensure smooth go live

-Operationalize new sites & handover to Operations team to run it

-Meet critical milestones assigned and ensure delivery on the go live date

-Lead all key stakeholders such as customers, Finance, HR and other F&S capability leads - such as catering, events, transport operations, projects etc to ensure all key milestones are on track

-Interface with Operations team to ensure readiness of the new site in all aspects on the go-live date

-Ensuring procurement & delivery of materials critical for Go live

-Participate in all Design meetings to incorporate learning from part sites & seek changes in new site

-Review and ensure all statutory compliance details are ready before Go live.

India Real Estate Coordinator (February 2006 – December 2006)

-Support the planning, implementation and performance measurement of the firms workplace strategies in India

-Negotiate with builders/ developers based on Accenture’s growth plans

-Successful implementation of a third party software (HarborFlex) for managing all lease documentations for approx. 20 million sq. ft. of real estate


oSet up the repository for India lease documents integrated leases and documentation with Global ‘Harbor Flex’ system

Mauritius Facilities & Services (F&S) Country Lead (March 2005 - January 2006)

-Based on successes to date, was requested to assume the role of Facilities & Services Lead for Mauritius to take to their launch phase

-Facility management processes, operations and resources on a strategic front

-Coordinating transportation for approx 200 ITO personnel & 400 BPO personnel to and fro the DC in two shifts


oResults from the FY 06 - Mauritius Island Delivery Centre (MIDC) Client Satisfaction Survey indicate that under my stewardship, the F&S team was rated at 87% across all services

o100% successful closure of MIDC stabilization issues

oSuccessful SAS 70 audit certification

oTrained the Mauritius Island Delivery Centre F&S team on recommended 21st century service delivery

oManaged the annual event for approx. 800 personnel

oCost reduction initiative ranging from 14% to 47% in various services

Global Delivery Centre Network - Global Career Program Initiator (December 2004 - October 2005)

oSet up the India Delivery Centre – Cash for Housing (IDC - CFH) program with a success of approx. 43% success rate while only 10% was expected

oSet up the Global Delivery Centre Network – Global Career Program (GDCN – GCP) as an extension to the IDC – CFH program

Facilities & Services Lead, Mumbai (September, 2001 – December 2004)

-Managing the 400,000 sq. ft (approx.) of the Mumbai Delivery Centres of the India Delivery Centre Network

-Managing customer relationship issues like project requirements, security, logistics and client audit

-Handling daily administration client visits, client audits, security measures, health and safety measure

-Monitoring and control of project management (client) requirements, revenue and capital expenditure

-Liaison between global brand team, business development teams situatedinternationally for the various branding, health and safety, business continuity issues

oInstrumental in setting up of Mumbai Delivery Centre facilities to seat 2000 personnel, ranked among the best of its kind in India securing 3.6 points on a 4-point scale in 2004
