Founded in 1999, Women For Hire hosts career expos and job search seminars throughout the country to connect professional women with top employers.  I work with more than 1,500 organizations from IBM to the FBI, as well as workers at all levels -- from entry level college grads to retirees re-entering the job market. I'm also the Workplace Contributor on ABC's Good Morning America where I offer advice and resources on a wide range of job search and career advancement topics.  Many of my segments can be found online at  I'm particularly proud of the job clubs we're inspiring nationwide.I travel the country to speak to large groups and individuals about finding work and achieving success in a challenging economy.
