1. Turned a 4 1/2 Million deficit into a 1.1 million dollars in the black my first year.

2. Built 1.5 schools

3. Expanded recycling to save City important money for other projects.

4. Resolved long time traffic issue

5. Received successful grant to upgrade Police weapons

6. Two balance budgets without significant cuts.

7. Settled legal cases to Cities advantage.

8. Ran City 24/7 post 911 with success.
